Konart Steel

Designed as a new administrative building integrated within a remote industrial plant, the Konart Steel office responds directly to the operational needs of the facility. The linear planning was driven by the site’s layout, with one side of the building overlooking the plant through continuous windows, allowing staff to visually monitor day-to-day operations. To reinforce this strong axis while preventing the circulation space from feeling enclosed, a stretch ceiling was introduced along the corridor, creating a bright, uninterrupted spine that connects the entire office. Workspaces benefit from abundant natural light from the opposite façade, while the program accommodates spacious conference facilities, a director’s cabin with an attached private resting area, and efficient administrative zones. The interior palette draws inspiration from Konart Steel’s identity, combining the blue tones of the company’s branding with steel-grey finishes that reflect the nature of its industry, balanced by warm wood accents to create a professional yet welcoming workplace.
